October 5th - Mystical Music & Mantra + Cacao Ceremony 12pm @ My Yoga Canyon Country - Join in Cacao Ceremony intended to open your heart to receive and connect with music and mantra. Cacao is a sacred elixir that has been used since ancient times to open the heart and connect us deeply with our bodies and the earth. Cacao is considered a plant medicine and an ally in supporting our spiritual and personal growth. Mythological stories of yoga will be shared that that correlates to each mantra. Alongside each story there will be a song that Michelina will share with music and mantra. No prior experience in either modality is required!

October 6th - One Day Retreat in Ojai, CA 10am-5:30pm - Join Annelie and Ashley for a One Day Retreat in Ojai. We are hosted by "Move Sanctuary" - an amazing little Yoga Studio in the heart of Ojai. We start our day with a hike in one of many trails in the hills around Ojai. Then we meet up at the Move Sanctuary Yoga studio for:
- Yoga Flow class.
- A break for lunch and socializing, and then meeting back up at the Studio for:
- Cacao Ceremony
- Yin Yoga and Nidra (a guided progressive Realxation technique)
- Soundbath with 1:1 Reiki.

October 24th - Cacao Ceremony & Gong Soundbath 5pm @ Private Residence in Santa Clarita, CA - Join Ashley and Kimberly in a blissful evening communing with the heart opening and connective medicine of Cacao. This time with Cacao is intended to open us up to the messages within our hearts supported by a powerful Gong Soundbath to follow. Connecting us deeper to our roots and the heart of the Earth, we will be guided by the incredible 38in Mother Earth Gong by Paiste. We will begin our evening by the waterfall drinking in the elixir of Cacao and move to a mountain-top deck for a sunset gong soundbath.
